Crepe for shape, in pouches!

It is 21:00 p.m., you are starving but your diary says, diet day 4! You want to eat something tasty, low caloried, not that healthy neither junk, but wait! Do we describe something unexisting? Not! The magic recipe named “chicken crepe pouches” and guess what! Healthy and junk homemade and low fat this is going to be your favorite dinner. Trust me!

Here comes the recipe ready in 15-20′:

For the crepes:
1 1/4 cup milk
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon sault
unsaulted butter
1 green onion
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, in a crepe pan, over low heat, melt a knob of butter. Distribute it evenly by swirling it around the pan. Ladle some crepe batter and cook the crepes on both sides.
For the crepe feeling:
wild mushrooms
best manner cheese (low fat)
cooked chicken breast or turkey (you can also use slicies)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the pouches:
 One cap-cake baking form
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
Place the crepes in the form and the mixed ingredients, close the crepes and use the  green onion stripes to tie.
Bake for 10 minutes.
